We want you and your little ones to love our products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and reusable diapers must have all original tags and liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
